5Great looking shift knob :)
By Thanoa
I absolutely love this shift knob. I always felt the original felt very good, but this one just looks amazing and feel much smoother to grip (due to the leather on the very top). The installation was a breeze.

All you have to do is pop open the small compartment by your shift knob and use you key so that you can move the shift knob without having to turn on the vehicle. Remember to always use the emergency brake when doing this first. After that, the only slight pain is removing the front tab to get access to the screws. Once removed, unscrew the two sections and remove old shift knob. The new shift knob slides right in and use the new screws included. Once secure, reuse the tab or front cover and press firmly on to the new shift knob. Slide it back to park and put the little tab back and voila! For a newb like me, it took me five minutes to do.

The following is only a recommendation, but I also recommend the matching leather stitch cover wrap for th e steering wheel. My girlfriend bought this cover and helped me install it. I have to say that both accessories look phenomenal together. The steering wheel has the same grey tone on the leather and the thread matches the blue stitching on the shift knob perfectly. I just feel if you are considering this product, that you might as well pick up the matching cover for your steering wheel :)

One last tip for all the newbs at my level of mechanical know how (LOL). The instructions included assume you have a Sport version and tells you put the shifter on 'S' for removal/installation. I just have base model (which has no S on the gears panel) currently. The correct gear for removal/installation will be the D3 gear on the base model. I called the local dealership to confirm that the information was valid (and it was):)

I will post pictures soon.
