Headlight facets

Form and Fit are good. As far as Function, the lights are bright and clear; however, the lenses are faceted -- that is, there are distinct separate pieces of reflective material that make up the lens. Consequently, the pattern that shines on the ground in front of the car is noticably divided / segmented, as opposed to a nice smooth beam of light. If you can find an alternative that is not faceted for around the same price, buy it. Otherwise, for the money, these are o.k.

Made my jetta look so much newer

It's a nice car but the yellow headlights were horrible. I tried the polishing abrasives but wasn't to pleased with the result. The yellow comes back. I finally just got these headlights. The Jetta front plastic bumper has to come off but it's not too hard. You'll want an allen wrench socket and a phillips head screwdriver. Fit perfectly. On headlight had a loose adjuster that probably got jarred loose in shipping. I fiddled around and got it snapped back into place and it works fine now. If it weren't for that I'd rate them 5 stars.

Not for use at night!

These headlights came without bulbs, despite description. They installed easily but passengers side had limited adjustment range and could not be aimed properly. However the pattern of these lights is so bad I would not use them for night driving. They are definitively NOT OEM replacements. Save yourself the wasted time and get Hella replacement headlights.
