Great customer service!

I ordered these as a gift for my husband. Before he could receive them he had to leave on business on the east coast for a few months. I noticed that the packaging was damaged when I received it, but looking through the plastic, did not see any actual damage to the product. When my husband finally returned and attempted to install the ventvisors, he noticed that there was a small tab and another small piece broken. I was concerned that we would not be able to get a replacement due to the length of time that had passed. I e-mailed customer service. They apologized for the inconvenience, sent a return lable and replaced the entire set with absolutely no hassle! Very happy with the way they handled this. As for the visors themselves. My husband said the installation was fast and easy. They are exactly what he expected and he is happy with our purchase. They are holding up quite nicely so far.
