Looks great now, most screw holes align, but needs instructions

Had to do lots of research to figure out how to install (it took me about a day and a half of blood sweat and almost tears to pull out the old one and get this in). I could sit here and type you guys all the helpful hints that would have saved me a day or so of installation time, but I'll leave that up to the manufacturer to add a detailed instruction manual if they want a four star rating. If they want a five star rating, the two center screw eyes that attach to the (i) center beam of the dash frame and (ii) to the defrost vent body both need to be moved over to the right by about 1/2 to 5/8 inch in order to align properly. I left mine disconnected of course, but there's enough other screws in the overall structure that it's not going anywhere. Also, because of all the vent housing, I couldn't get all of the screws back into the edge over the glove box since there's no room to get my hands in there (settled for about 2 out of the 5 or 6 screws) after deciding to pre-inst all the defrost vent along the front edge since, with the windshield left in, there would have been no way to install that secondarily and align all those screw holes (actually tried that the first evening until it got dark and found that laying it out on a picknic table upside down, bending and flexing until all those holes lined up across the front). Then had to go on YouTube to find some trick for getting that dash frame pulled far enough away from windshield in order to get this new dash plus the defrost venting channel threaded over and behind the center bar of the dash frame. Lots of fun, and I didn't even crack the new one! Oh yeah, two of the five final mounting bolts across the windshield didn't align well (the second one from each side), but with a little drilling on the upper edge of the holes at the last minute, you can't tell. It's a much darker grey color than the rest of the plastic inside my truck, but it adds a nice accent.

perfect fit

Excellent product, Would not recommend anyone with no experience or mechanical abilities to tackle this job. It's a remarkable diffence though. The only complaint I have is this dash should come with the plastic anchors. Dodge dealers are lost when you ask for them. "NO Frickin Idea", and they represent DODGE.
